We share your details with the client for a role you apply to, under confidentiality, and only as needed to progress your application. We also rely on service providers (website hosting and email) who process data on our behalf. We never sell your data.
We retain applicant data for up to 24 months so we can consider you for future roles, then delete it — or sooner if you ask us to.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to our use of it, at any time. Email contact@bastion-talent.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
