Bastion Talent is retained by a specialist telecom and mobile-network security firm to fill this role. Our client works with mobile operators, governments and large enterprises to secure critical network infrastructure. The client’s identity is shared with shortlisted candidates under NDA.
The role
Own the client’s sales efforts end to end: develop and manage key relationships and drive adoption of their telecom-security portfolio. A strategic, high-impact role with full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close and post-sale support, with significant travel to meet clients and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute account plans that grow existing accounts and win new business across the portfolio.
- Be the primary contact for key clients; understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Pursue new opportunities with mobile network operators, regulators and large enterprises; contribute to channel and partner strategy.
- Own the full sales lifecycle — lead generation, qualification, negotiation and closing.
- Align client needs with delivery and finance teams; forecast and report accurately in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Track market trends and competitors; represent the client at industry events and conferences.
What we’re looking for
- Proven sales, business-development or account-management experience in telecoms and/or cybersecurity.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
- Solid understanding of telecom infrastructure: 5G, OpenRAN and legacy 2G/3G/4G.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building; comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote setup.
- Fluent English.
- Preferred: GCC or APAC market experience; additional languages; technical-sales background in cybersecurity or telecom security.
Package
Base salary plus performance incentives, travel allowance and benefits.
